Associations 101: Association Professional Development 10 Tips in 20 Minutes
Associations may be considered "not-for-profit," but we're still dependent on member revenue to drive our programs, services and operations.  Having strong sales skills will help you and your team drive the funding your association relies on to provide value to your members.

Topics will include key sales strategy for recruiting brand new members and retaining existing members, as well as how to expand members' financial support of educational programs, sponsorship and other revenue generating programs for your association.  We'll also look at how to analyze your membership data to learn more about top contributors and members who have room to grow their sales potential.
