10 Things You Need to Know about Volunteer Management in Association Management
Peggy Hoffman, CAE, is president of Mariner Management, an association management company providing full management services to small associations and counsel to global associations seeking to improve member communities and volunteer development. In this role, she serves as association manager for PRSA Maryland, as senior staff for three other associations which includes responsibilities for volunteer management.

Peggy will draw on her wide experience in working with and managing volunteers over the past thirty years. She also draws on her own association volunteer experience having served on chapter and section council boards, project teams and in many ad-hoc roles.
